Springfield Health and Rehab has been violating a city ordinance for 30 years and it all finally blew up in their face (well, not their
face) when their idiocy sent sewage spewing through Russell Grochowik's home for the SECOND time since the 90's.
Grochowik has now been living out of a local hotel because his home is "inhabitable" and the city has only offered him $10,000 to repair the damage.
That's not enough for Grochowik, though, and we don't blame him!
We would offer him a place to stay here but switching one inhabitable building for another isn't really an improvement...
