Having high school students in a construction class build your new home for you and your children seems like a great idea, right? Wrong.
April Welp saw an ad on craigslist for a teacher who wanted to teach his class how to build a tiny home, so Welp put together all the plans and provided the materials to make a new tiny home for her family happen. It all sounds well and good but it has gone south quickly.
Upon inspection(s) it was found the home is not even safe enough to transport, let alone live in!
Lawyers are now looking in to the situation and the school says they have made the Welp family an offer and haven't heard back because the family says it's not worth considering.
For now, the family will have to deal with normal-sized houses until they can find the perfect teeny one for them to cram four kids into.
