Remarkable student and poet, Ifeoma White-Thorpe, has the best problem to have right now. She has been accepted into all eight Ivy league schools, plus Stanford. And now she has to choose which one she’ll attend next year!
Harvard, the "cheapest" of the famously-expensive universities, comes with a price tag of just over $63,000 a year. The others fall between that and the most expensive, Columbia, which costs about $66,000 a year.
With such a high price tag for college, White-Thorpe has a big decision to make. She's obviously got what it takes to make it academically, but paying for college is not an easy feat for the majority of students. Because of this, and the fact that none of these schools offer merit-based scholarships, White-Thorpe is urging any of these prestigious universities to "please give me something.”
We're hoping one of the Ivy leaguers pulls through with some financial aid for this deserving genius because if she's good enough to get in, she should be able to actually attend!
