An attorney was caught, literally, with his pants down at the Pinellas County Jail in Clearwater, Florida attempting to make a sex tape with an inmate. 

Attorney, Andrew Spark abused his attorney powers to get into the jail and visit Antoinette Napolitano even though he is not her attorney. 

Spark would visit Napolitano and they would engage in sex acts and record it in exchange for commissary money. 

As it turned out, they had done it up to six times in the jail, the videos from which were actually uploaded from Spark's tablet to various porn sites! 

Spark offered his exchange of services to other inmates, who declined and eventually he was caught right as he and Napolitano were about to begin. 

Spark was caught with his dong out and was charged with exposure of sexual organs, introduction/possession of contraband into a county detention facility, and soliciting for prostitution. 

He will probably be charged with more so any plans of continuing to Jailhouse Rock, rock, rock his body all over town are over.

Also to the inmates that would do this with him, have some standards girl! The extra money for toilet wine is not worth it!
