BAD PARENTING ALERT!
It's corn maze season. So if you're planning on taking your kids to a corn maze this year, don't forget the basics. Dress appropriately for the weather. Sip warm apple cider. And, of course, don't leave your kid in the corn maze and leave without them!
A three-year-old boy in West Jordan, Utah was somehow left behind by his family after visiting a local corn maze. The boy was found cold and scared in the maze and his parents could not be located. The police were called and the boy was turned over to child welfare services, where he spent the night in their custody. It wasn't until the following morning that the boy's mother called police after realizing the child was missing. She showed up to pick up the boy with about 10 other kids in tow.
Police are now investigating whether criminal charges will be filed or not.
