Prince Smashes Someone Else's Super Expensive Guitar (Video)
As everyone knows, Prince is pretty insane on the guitar.  He proved that once again the other night on Jimmy Fallon when he appeared and played a song off his new album, as well as an older song.  Before the performance, he was really lusting after a 1961 Epiphone Crestwood guitar that belonged to Captain Kirk Douglas of The Roots, Fallon's house band.  Douglas agreed to let Prince use it for the performance.

Prince killed it, literally and figuratively.  His performance was awesome.  But at the end, he did what rockstars tend to do and tossed the guitar in the air while walking off stage.  The guitar, obviously, was wrecked.

The worst part?  Apparently after the show, Douglas asked Prince to autograph the guitar.  Prince declined.  So Douglas is now left with a broken, really expensive guitar and doesn't even have a Prince autograph to show for it.  What a dick.
