Russian videos have increasingly been becoming the hidden gemstones of Youtube. A ton of them seem to be insane dash-cam videos. All the other countries were starting to wonder why the hell there were so many dash-cams in Russia. Well, as it turns out--Russians are complete morons when it comes to crossing the street. Apparently there is a serious problem with insurance fraud in that wonderful little country.
