We're just going to say it. This is the most pointless investigative report ever. And it comes to us from a news station in New York City.
This station decided to dig into the files and investigate unpaid parking tickets. And they found that the country of North Korea actually owes the city approximately $156,000 in unpaid parking tickets. Then, they sent the I-Team out to talk to a North Korean diplomat at the UN. The diplomat denied the allegations that parking tickets, dating back to the 90s, were not paid. But the I-Team persisted.
North Korea isn't the only country with unpaid tickets, either. Syria, Iran, Russia and China also have HUNDREDS OF THOUSANDS of dollars in unpaid tickets. They'll probably have their checks in the mail any day now.
