If you're one of those people who outright denies science and facts, well Neil deGrasse Tyson has a strong message for you. Also, if you haven't learned anything in school, you believe in "alternative facts", you think vaccinations cause autism or you just haven't been paying attention, you should definitely listen.
Tyson, known for being a downright genius, gets pretty personal in this video. "I'm old enough to remember the 60s and the 70s," he says, "but I don't remember any time where people were standing in denial of what science was.”
Science is an entire system based on finding the truth and facts, and Tyson says that we can choose to not believe something, but that does not change the fact that it is still happening. He then goes on to say that we need to move on with the political conversations if things are happening or changing and have conversations on how to fix them.
"It's in our hands," finishes Tyson.
Your move, science deniers.
