Usually when you see a person with a big sign on the corner of a busy street you either grab a single or some change and pass it out the window or avoid eye contact until the light turns green. However, this Burlington, Vermont man was getting people to stop so he could give money instead of take it.
The man, who asked to keep his name unknown (bless his heart), just wanted to do something kind and give back. He stood on the corner with a sign that read, "I have a good job a great family and good health. You have a good day" and handed out two-dollar bills to each car that stopped.
He said his kids were down in Fort Meyers during Hurricane Irma, and with all the recent events and natural disasters, a day like September 11th seemed like a good day to spread some much-needed love.
The world needs more people like him!
