James Nielsen had a goal: to break the record for the beer mile. "What's the beer mile?", you may ask? Basically, you have to drink a beer, then run a lap. Do that four times.
The record, until Nielsen attempted it recently, was 5:09. That wasn't good enough. Nielsen wanted to not only break the record, but break the 5:00 barrier. He accomplished both. Check out his story below and be inspired! Go drink beer!
