Don't you just love Halloween?  People really embrace the opportunity to truly become someone else for a day.  It gives women an excuse to dress up in slutty costumes and portray characters/professions not normally considered slutty.  It gives people a reason to do stupid things they wouldn't normally do, just because they're wearing a costume.

Now I'll be honest.  I'm not sure if this guy is dressed up for Halloween and if this actually takes place on Halloween or not, but we'll just assume that is the case.  He casually walks up to a police car, climbs on top, does a backflip over a cop and then gets arrested.  

No big deal.
