A woman has been arrested in Arkansas County, Arkansas after she allegedly used a county credit card to run up more than $366,000 in personal expenses. Among her purchases were Arkansas Razorbacks tickets, jewelry, payment of personal bills and a tuxedo for her dog. Wait, what? A dog tuxedo?! At least she only used it to get the bare necessities!44-year-old Kristi Goss pleaded guilty last week and is now serving 20 years of probation for her actions. Goss gained access to the credit card because she was a former county employee.
